Salam, good day...First of all I would like to congratulates our children, brothers / sisters who gets good results or even excel in their 'O' & 'A' level. Of course this is another step forward to gain a good living in the future. As we know, the job market is very competitive these days. So the best thing to do is study hard, score good results and insya Allah you'll get a better life. Meanwhlie, the weather in the country is still in unpredictable condition. Some places still need to be monitor by relevant authorities. So as rakyat, please lend a helping hand to those in needs and lets pray to Allah the almighty to get his bless.

What's wrong with you Reds?
Assalamualaikum...I dont know what's wrong with Liverpool FC now. For the fourth successive match, Rafael Benitez's side failed to capitalise on their domination which had only Yossi Benayoun's 41st-minute effort to show for their efforts. Liverpool's inability to convert possession into goals returned to haunt them as they conceded an 81st-minute equaliser in a damaging 1-1 draw at Wigan. Now Chelsea took over the second spot, while Manchester United comfortably staying at the top. Below are random stuff taken during my recent working visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Xin Nian Kuaile, Gong Xi Fa Cai!
Assalamualaikum...To all my chinese friends and colleagues, I wish you a happy and prosperous Chinese New Year! I did have lot of invitations and assure you more updates coming up. Although it was wet, muddy and rainy CNY, but the spirit of harmony among races in Brunei Darussalam was outstanding. I grew up at Kg.Sultan Lama, BSB. My childhood was in a very chinese environment. I have a lot of chinese friends since. The village was no longer exist because of development. Chinese community plays a big role in financial activities in the country. So lets take positive measures from them towards a better and stronger Brunei Darussalam politically and economically, Amin. Xin Nian Kuaile...Gong Xi Fa Cai!

Liverpool FC on sale?
Assalamualaikum...What I heard Liverpool FC is on sale to Kuwaiti's multi rich family. I hope they'll close the deal and The Reds going to the right direction. You'll Never Walk Alone! Below are photos taken during my recent visit to KL and Perlis. Enjoy and have a pleasant weekend!
This photo taken at Kg.Ujong Bukit, Perlis. Next to my right was a very good friend of mine Syah Mohammad Hasyim of Perlis FM. We've been working very close for years now especially on sports programmes. He is a father of six as well (I appologise if i'm wrong). Next to my left was Sofiah Abdullah, I would consider she was also a very good friend of mine. Though, we dont talk each other that much. We first met two years back in KL on the same working visit, but when I told her that we've met before she didn't remember me. We've been working on such programmes. About her, she's married and I never ask her either they have children or not. While next to her is Khairul Munira Abdul Razak. She's married and a mother too. Me? I am the one with DSLR camera hang on. Nice meeting all of you.
May Allah protect all of us...Amin.
Assalamualaikum...Actually during my recent visit to KL, I have a lot to post but then almost every time it was a failure...I dont know why, is it because of the internet connection or something else...So the story i've wrote is no longer valid! By the way, I extend my deepest sympathy to the family who have lost their homes, beloved ones during the flash flood recently. May Allah the most helpful could help and protect us...Amin Ya Rabbil Alamin. Below are few images I took in KL.

I was in KL
Assalamualaikum...Yesterday (20th) i've landed at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. This is my first time since February last year. Not even a day yet, i've already missed my beloved wife, adorable daughters...Bapa missed you, take a good care of your self. Of course my first stop was at Tie Rack Boutique. Masya Allah, i cant choose the best one, varieties of fabrique being displayed. I hope on the 23rd before leaving i hope i can bag home some.
I was staying at The Grand Plaza Park Royal Hotel, at the heart of Kuala Lumpur's Bukit Bintang. Very fine hotel indeed, highly recommended for family vacation. The thing here, no wifi service, you have to pay then. Aaargh! As it was in Brunei, the environment was very red...red banners, posters etc for this upcoming CNY was almost everywhere. Good value for shoppers too, it was sale in KL!!! I like!!! But what I dont like here is the traffic jam. Although KL have their very own monorail, train service, i see not much improvement.
Taken from my hotel room at Park Royal, towards Times Square...
While today (21st) '3 Way' meeting was held at Angkasapuri chaired by RTM Head of Programme (Radio), followed by recording of drama "Panggung Drama-Setelah 17 Tahun Berlalu". The guest actor/actress was Datuk Jalaludin Hassan and Nasrin Ngasri. Later this evening we'll off to Perlis by train. The schedule was very tight, I am yet to shop at a must go place for me "Marks and Spencer". I assure you more updates coming up should there be an internet connection.
Last night we were treated to a welcoming dinner. We were being served with chinese dish at Kayu Manis Restaurant. Cool nice place, but it took us more than hour to reach the place at Bukit Jelutong, Selangor. The RTB delegations met their colleagues from RRI (Radio Republik Indonesia) and RTM (Radio Televisyen Malaysia). Sunday, January 18, 2009

Actually the main reason we went to Tutong is to look for Nikon wide lens. My friend recomended to have a look at one photo studio just opposite the police station. But it was very unlucky for us, since the boss is not in so the sales girl doesnt know hows the price like for all of their lenses!!! How come sales people doesnt know the price!!!
Later we drop by Hua Ho Petani Mall. I was very suprised with I've seen, it was a very good business indeed! It is good for Tutong residence these days, they doesnt need to come down to Bandar since they have enough.
Wonderful time!

Looking Forward
Assalamualaikum...We are almost reaching the third week of 2009. I would consider the whole world starts the year 2009 very aggressive. Politics, economics, sports etc was very unpredictable! Oh, just like the weather in NBD was very unpredictable! Heavy downpour caused flood, landslide, high tide, you name it! Insya Allah, hopefully the weather will be better soon.

Busy Week
It was a very busy week I would say in the second week of January. Be it at the office, at home or elsewhere, time flies very fast. So we need to run faster to achieve something we wanted. Sometimes by looking at what we had achieved it tells us that we are not putting enough effort, although the tiredness and hardwork almost kills us! But its life then, just like the word of wisdom said "every long journey starts from a first step...' So, lets start!. By the way, at the end of this month, I will start to sell stuffs like tudung (Tie Rack), local tradisional kuehs (Tapai, Punjung etc). So, if you are interested or would like to make a booking, please send me an email at bruneidaily@gmail.com. Pleasant weekend!
