Energy and focus.

Salam, good day. Day two in Singapore was a long one but memorable. My day was supposed to start with a morning run at Orchard Road but coincidently my aunty was there too, so I cancelled my run, instead I'm having breakfast with her and friends. As usual at Royal Plaza which housed a lot of Bruneian in Singapore, we've met a long-not-meet friends as well as the new one. We do have a visit as well and the best thing was after more than one hard year, I've chocked-in Nasi Lemak Adams Road. Haha, thanks to our friends here who have fulfilled my un-official wish:)

Central Africa is dominated by the Congo River which, together with its numerous tributaries, drains a vast area of diverse environments, ranging from rainforests to savannahs. For your information, the region is home to the Bantu-speaking peoples. Have you ever heard that?

May Allah bless.

Salam, good day. Its good to be back to Singapore after months of absents. Ooo...It keeps changing here, new buildings as well as new shops is mushrooming. I bring along a very big task together with me on this visit which I feel I should do more to make them a very successful one. One job done this afternoon and two to go. Once this job completed, I have a lot more job waiting at home and in the office. I starts to feel the tension now but thanks to 'Zikrullah' which does help to overcome difficulties:)

Kenny Dalglish's Liverpool side have shown a heroic perfomance at Stamford Bridge to grab three points at Stamford Bridge. Raul Meireles once again have shown his ability and his worth with a winning goal in the 68th minutes, his fourth in five games. It was a big relief for the scousers since the appointment of Kenny Dalglish who has put much of help to lift the Kop's spirit. Now the Reds move to sixth with 38 points.

Bandar Seri Begawan - A dawn fire, believed to have started from a satay stall, destroyed four stalls on the Brunei River bank facing the picturesque Kampong Ayer leaving nearly 50 people jobless, many of them locals, and more than $160,000 in damages. yesterday in the capital. No injuries were reported.

An electrical fault at the 24-hour satay stall, Wira Isma, one of the biggest in the town, is said to have sparked the flames at about 4.30 Sunday morning. Despite a slight drizzle the fire spread rapidly and quickly gutted its neighbours in the process.

The Kianggeh Food Court is one of Brunei Darussalam's well-known landmarks.

According to the Fire and Rescue Department, the faulty wiring in an overhead light had snapped and dropped onto a hose that was attached to a gas cylinder used for cooking that triggered the blaze.

An owner of one of the four damaged stalls said that his employees attempted to douse the flames, which started in the kitchen, but to no avail. They fled after the blaze became difficult to handle.

Twenty Fire and Rescue personnel were dispatched to the scene after receiving the distress call at 6.13am. Utilising three fire trucks from the Bandar Seri Begawan Fire Station and one fireboat from Kg Ayer Fire Station, the blaze was brought under control within 26 minutes.

Minister of Home Affairs, Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Othman, was at the scene a few hours after the incident and spoke to members of the public who were there.

The minister told the Bulletin that a contingency plan would be worked out at a meeting involving several relevant government departments today.

He said the debris will be cleared and the area restored whilst vendors will be given an opportunity to temporarily utilise the open space to continue with their business whilst waiting for the restoration. (Borneo Bulletin)

My cousin Abdurrahman Abu Bakar is graduated as well. He has been the 'Imam' for the big family of our late grandfather, Yassin Sulaiman. I'm glad and happy to see him further his knowledge in this religious practice. It ain't easy to complete such course, they need to memorise 20 main zikir and has undergone 80 hours of learning programme.

About my village, it is no longer exist due to development cause. Chinese community plays a big role in financial and business activities in the country. So lets take positive attitude and measures from them towards a better and stronger Brunei Darussalam, politically and economically. Xin Nian Kuaile, Gong Xi Fa Cai:)
