Awesome!

Salam, good day. What the h*ll of a game it was! Chart topper Brunei DPMM FC have shown very strong character to beat SAF FC 2-1 at home last nite. If you happened to watch the match, I'm sure you would consider it was match of the season. DPMM FC took the lead through Ivan Jerkovic who cooly slotted home in the 6th minute. While the second goal came two minutes after the restart with Abdel Hamid intelligently beat two defenders before placed the ball pass SAF FC goalkeeper. However SAF FC got their consolation in the 85th minute from a thunderous free kick scored by Therdsak Chaiman. Now DPMM FC move up to the summit with 22 points and SAF FC dropped to 2nd spot. Wooo...woooray!!! I didn't get the action on my camera, but the spectators was outstanding last nite!

Can we?

I expect it is going to be a very tight game, both teams is now consider as the title challenger. You should have my coverage on tomorrow's posting. Alright guys, yesterday I've attended the final of 'Peraduan Bahas Bahasa Melayu Antara Sekolah-Sekolah Menengah dan Maktab-Maktab Senegara' between Maktab Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah and Ma'had Islam Brunei. It was an excellent debate really, both teams came with unprecedented ideas plus some sense of humour.

Super Sunday!

Salam, good day. Tomorrow will be a tough match for Brunei DPMM FC, hosting SAF FC at home. SAF topping the chart while DPMM at the second spot, the crunchiest match of the season. Can't wait for tomorrow! Alright guys, I really like BT today's supplementary which covered yesterday's function regarding the presentation of The Supreme Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces Scholarship. The recipients was selected among the best students who excel in their recent O and A level. I think after the Sultan's Scholar as the prestigious one, the one presented yesterday should come second. These days it seems easy to get access to study abroad but one thing, you should have excellent qualification. As parents we love to see our children able to achieve those kind of things for their good living in their future, Insya Allah.

The bridge ain't cheap.

Salam, good day. The Royal Brunei Police Force has reminded that action will be taken against drivers and students who disobey police instruction to use the overhead bridges. This is for their own safety. So, please obey the rules! While tomorrow morning The Kops will host Gunners at Anfield which is very crucial for both teams in their title bid this season. Who's gonna win the match? Who's gonna win the title? I really don't know. Coming to the end, EPL is getting very interesting...oooh.

Alright guys, this picture is taken on 10th April 2009 during Mr Kamarul Azam Mohammad (seated with neck tie) pay us a farewell visit. He served RTB for more than two years as a Special Grade Administrative Officer. After two wonderful years, now he is being transferred to The National Centre for e-Government. During his time with RTB, he is one very active and reactive officer, well educated, very down to earth, committed to work, sometimes very strict but friendly, very strong Liverpool supporter, he drives BMW before and good looking as well (sorry ladies, he is a husband and a father). He is a kind of an idol to me too by looking back at his outstanding career. I first met him 5 or 6 years back at Masjid Lambak Berakas. We meet each other at almost everyday, every praying times mainly subuh, though we didn't talk each other that much. When the time he moved to RTB from MSD, the friendship starts. I told him we have met before, but he can't recall...hahaha. I wish you all the best sir and friendship will never ends. You'll Never Walk Alone!

Quintuple t-OFF-ees!

Salam, good day. This morning I've attended The Children's Day Celebrations at Chung Hwa Middle School BSB. This year's annual event is separated into three days; 18 April K1, 20 April K2 and tomorrow 21 April for Kindergarten 3. I'm glad to see my daughter took part in some of the event. Alright, my wife and son is still at the RIPAS Hospital since Thursday. Meaning that I'm quite busy here and there, a lot of things to be done. Also, I tell myself not to break the visiting hours rule at the hospital and of course not to overlook office commitment. So, the best thing to do is be professional! Have a pleasant week ahead...

English language is such an important tools of communications. Although Malay language is official language in this country but English language is widely used for business and consider as international language. Also, it is very useful and helpful for student in their academic studies. I like the theme as well.

Free parking? It ain't easy here at RIPAS Hospital

Abdul Aziz.

Salam, good day. I couldn't roam for news coverage for this few days since my wife and my son was still admitted in the hospital. I'm sure you understand. I received a lot of congralutory messages which came from my families, colleagues & friends. May Allah bless you too. After considering few names to choose for my son's name, the last two was Abdul Aziz and Amir. After all, we decided to name our beloved son with Yang Mulia Mr Abdul Aziz (Allah's slave...). Allahumma Ya Allah, please bless Abdul Aziz with iman and taqwa Insya Allah, follows the sunnah and footpath of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, full of respect to his parents and live his life successfully now and the day here after. Amin ya rabbal'alamin...Love babu, bapa, kaka zahra' and kaka sa'adah:)

May Allah bless my son...

Salam, good day. Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar...Alhamdulillah, today is Friday 21st Rabiulakhir 1430 hijrah corresponding to 17th April 2009 at 10.33 am, my wife gave birth a baby boy. Alhamdullilah, we are so happy since we are expecting a baby boy for so long. I was in tears of joy...I'm not so sure if I could share with you his picture, I'll think about it later. About his name, I have a lot of choices; Abdullah, Abdul Aziz, Omar, Amir and Ashraf. Why Ashraf was also on the list? It is because when I call my mentor this morning (Dr Ashraf Muhammad Fouad, Deputy Principal of Tahfiz), he told me '...why don't you name him Ashraf (referring to his)...'. Since then I was thinking Ashraf would be good, but I wish my son's name is easy to spell, easy to pronounce and easy to remember. Hopefully in this few days I would consider the best name for him, Insya Allah.

What if you were being hit?

Salam, good day. The 3rd Information Department and BELTA Oratory Competition was held yesterday at Dewan Raya RTB. The guest of honour was DP Hj Hamdillah Hj Abdul Wahab, Deputy Minister of The Ministry of Industries and Primary Resources. I was impressed with what I've seen mainly among the students who took part, they speaks fluent english and very confident to interact with the audience. Outstanding! Louisa Mo Mei Hwa of Chung Hwa Middle School emerged as champion. Congrats!

The guest of honour DP Hj Hamdillah himself was a very
