Salam, good day. His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to officiate the opening ceremony of the first meeting of the fifth session of State Legislative Council. Revived five years ago, the State LegCo has been very effectively and actively involved in the nations's development. Let's hope we'll get a very positive outcome for the 'rakyat'.
