Reds fall at the bridge.

Salam, good day. 'Epic'...'classic'...'outstanding'...that is the word pops out from the professional pundit. The heroic kops almost write another chapter in their rich history. In the UCL QF 2nd leg this morning, Liverpool shown their effort by leading 2-0 at half time thanks to Fabio Aurelio and Xabi Alonso. However Chelsea regained their two-goal aggregate lead early in the second half through Alex and a Pepe Reina own goal. Frank Lampard was next to score and the quarter-final tie looked over until strikes from Lucas and Dirk Kuyt late on. Any hope of a remarkable turnaround were thwarted when Lampard scored again on 89 minutes to make it 7-5 overall on aggregate. Yes, the Reds holding most of the possession but the results goes to Chelsea. The Blues will face the Catalans Barcelona in the semis.
